The turn around time for customized wigs is 7-10 business days before the product will be ready for shipment. Due to the nature of this business, all sales on customized products are final order. No returns or refunds are accepted.
The turn around time is the time it takes to process and customize your wig. Shipping time is not included in the shipping time.
All custom orders require your billing and shipping address to match. If it does not match, we will then cancel your order.
