Processing & Shipping

Please allow 2 business days for all items to be processed and shipped. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. 

Once shipped, your order will arrive within the time frame you selected at checkout. Tracking numbers will be issued within 24-48 hrs or less after your order has shipped. Use the Track My Bundles link to get the latest status on your shipment after you receive your tracking number.

During the holiday season shipping time may be extended by 1-2 business days due to the demand, unless otherwise specified.Please plan accordingly.

For All Wig Orders: Please choose The Wig Order Standard Shipping Option at checkout. Choosing any other shipping option will automatically default to the time frame noted in the wig description page. All orders will process within 48 hours or less, then shipped based on the estimated time described in the product description.

We accept the following payment types: PayPal Express and Sezzle. Your information is secured through all of our payment providers.

Note: Please try and place your orders far enough in advance so that you will receive your hair/products in time for your anticipated plans as payment processing times and shipping delays do occur at times.

HookedOnBundles Virgin Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays in the time frame in which your package is delivered.

All orders require a signature. Therefore we can not ship to P.O. BOXES. We must have a physical address to deliver your package.

Once orders are placed, shipping addresses cannot be changed!! If you live in an apartment or on a specific floor, please include that information in your address to avoid shipping delays.

We Do Not Process Or Ship Orders On Weekends And Holidays.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Lost and stolen shipments are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the carrier once it leaves our facility. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to start an investigation on your package. We do not have any control on how long this process may take and we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages. However, we do offer shipping insurance at checkout.  Please ensure that you check this box to have insurance that will cover your order if it is lost or stolen. 

International Orders:

At this time we ONLY process and ship orders within the United States. However, we plan to offer international shipping very soon. HookedOnBundles Virgin Hair cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs fees, taxes, or duties. Any customs or import duties charged once your package reaches the destination country, is not the responsibility of HookedOnBundles Virgin Hair, in addition to any fees associated with an international shipment. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Fraudulent Orders:

Using a stolen credit card, or a card that does not belong to you to place orders on HookedOnBundles Virgin Hair will result in an investigation and possible prosecution. We take fraudulent orders very seriously. And will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
