Processing & Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for all items to be processed and shipped. International Orders also require 5-7 business days for processing, and will be shipped according to your choice at checkout. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. All orders received after 5:00 PM eastern/standard time will be processed on the next business day. 


Tracking numbers will be issued within 24-48 hrs or less after your order has shipped. After receiving your tracking number please allow 24 hours to see tracking updates in the system. 


If your order is flagged for review, this may extend the processing time until we receive the requested information we need to verify your billing and shipping information. If your order is flagged we will contact you via email or by text message to submit the requested documentation we need to complete your order.


During the holiday season shipping times may vary by 1-2 business days due to an increase in product demand.


Note: Please place your orders with enough time in advance so that you will receive your hair/products in time for your anticipated plans as payment processing times and shipping delays do occur at times. HookedOnBundles Virgin Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and/or shipping information received by the customer will cause delays in the time frame in which your package is delivered.


Once orders are placed, shipping addresses cannot be changed. If you live in an apartment or on a specific floor, please include that information in your address to avoid shipping delays. 


We do not process or ship orders on weekends and holidays. All orders received on a United States Federal Holiday will be processed the following business day.




Custom Wig Orders

Our custom wig service requires 14 business days to properly construct your custom wig. Once constructed, we promptly ship orders and offer free shipping. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after shipping, with tracking information sent and updated by the shipping carrier within 24 hours.


Returns are only accepted on our Custom Wig service at this time. The following is our return policy for custom wigs:

If your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 7 days after your order has been received. Here are the steps to this process:

  1. Email us at support@hookedonbundles.net to communicate your concerns within 7 days of receiving your package
  2. If return request is approved, we will email you a return label.
  3. You will return the item.
  4. We will resolve the issue.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Returns

Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued for hair extensions or lace wigs. If you ever have any issues with an order, contact us at support@hookedonbundles.net

Under specific circumstances we may authorize an exchange of your hair bundles.

To Exchange Your Hair Bundles: You must notify HookedOnBundles Virgin Hair by email at (support@hookedonbundles.net) with your intent to exchange within 24 hours of receiving your package. No exchanges will be accepted beyond this time frame. We do not pay shipping on order exchanges.

To exchange your hair bundles, ALL hair MUST be returned unworn, unaltered with all seals intact. Any alterations to the hair will void the exchange and the hair will be returned to you.

Definition of Altered Hair: (wet, dyed, bleached or conditioned). All bundles must be returned with all tags and bundle wraps in place. For curly or wavy bundles, the hair pattern should still be intact. Hair patterns that have been altered by brushing or combing are not eligible for return.

Wigs Are Final Sale and do not qualify to be returned or exchanged.


For Custom Wig Orders Only:

Wig Order Verification Form

After completing your wig purchase, you must download the wig verfication form located on your order confirmation page. Or you can click here to download. Your order will not ship until you complete and submit this form via email to: support@hookedonbundles.net

For Custom Wig Orders

If you fail to submit this form within the time frame that it takes to create your custom wig, then we hold the right to cancel your order and charge a restocking fee of $125.00 for all custom orders.

Are Signatures Required?

All orders require a signature, therefore we can not ship to P.O. BOXES. We must have a physical address to deliver your package.

Is There A Restocking Fee?

Packages that are returned due to an incomplete shipping address, refusal, or missed delivery will incur a $25 restock fee plus the cost of shipping for orders less than $100. For orders over $100, there will be a $50.00 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.

For Custom Made Wigs, there will be a $150 restocking fee.

To avoid these fees please contact our office at support@hookedonbundles.net to discuss and correct the issue.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

Lost or stolen shipments are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the mail carrier once your package leaves our facility. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to start an investigation on your package. We do not have any control on how long this process may take and we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages. We strongly suggest that you choose Route Shipping Protection at check out. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost or stolen. Add Route Protection to your cart today and protect your investment.

If you decativate this option at checkout, we will loose the ability to replace your order.


Fraudulent Orders:

Using a credit card or any other payment method that does not belong to you without the permission of the cardholder to place orders on HookedOnBundles.net is fraud and will result in an investigation and possible prosecution. We take fraudulent orders very seriously.
