Raw Hair/Virgin Hair/Processed Hair
Raw Hair Is Awesome! It is unprocessed, 100% cuticle aligned human hair. Unprocessed means that the hair has not undergone ANY chemical, heat or steam processing. It is the most purest and natural form of hair available on the market. With proper care, Raw hair can be maintained and re-worn for years.
Every bundle is unique, as it comes from a single or multiple donors. Unique meaning that no two bundles are identical in texture or color.
The demand for raw hair has become increasingly difficult for hair companies to provide a full bundle of single donor hair consistently. So, raw hair can also mean multiple donors as long as the hair is not processed in any way. All hair cuticles are intact, preventing matting and tangling. The hair can be dyed and styled. And It doesn't have the shininess of chemical treated processed hair.
Virgin hair is Raw hair that has been steamed processed to achieve a specific texture such as Deep Wave, Body Wave, Loose Wave, etc. It's specifically a term for hair that has never been chemically processed.
Processed hair has been color treated, permed, relaxed, bleached or dyed, which means that it is not Virgin or Raw hair. Processed hair is soaked in a highly acidic bath that strips the cuticles from the hair and removes all of the natural characteristics of the hair strands. The hair is then coated in silicone after treatments to replenish the appearance and boost its shine. Yet, with mutiple installments of the hair and with daily wear, the silicone will begin to break down and the hair will become diffcult to manage. We don't carry processed hair. But we still want you to know the difference between Raw, Virgin and processed hair.
Lace Wig FAQ
Our Wigs Are All Uncustomized Pre-Made (Factory Made) wigs. By default the wigs are Medium (Normal) cap size, 150-180% density with lace ranging fromlight to dark brown. With the exception for units with transparent lace. Uncustomized means the unit will arrive in its naturalstate which is unbleached, unplucked, and unstyled. Our Wigs can be bleached, dyed, colored, and styled to your desired look. Using the services of a stylist is recommended. Please measure your head before ordering to ensure proper fitting. Our Wigs Can Be Worn 100% Glueless.
Please note, in the event of a world crisis, pandemic, extreme weather, or some unplanned event the shipping carrier may experience delays. Please plan for this because we know you are super excited to get your hair!
It's important to have a good understanding of how long it will take for your order to ship.
Once an item ships it generally will take 5-7 days to arrive. If something is held up at customs or some world event is occurring, then please understand that it is 1,000% out of our control.
We will send you the tracking number which will allow you to contact the shipper directly which is generally DHL, USPS, UPS or FedEx. We also contact the shipper in some cases to help expedite your shipment if necessary.

All Sales Are Final. Due To Reasons Of Hygiene, All hair bundles, Wigs (Lace Fronts & Full Lace, Lace Closures and Frontals Are Final Sale And Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged. This policy also includes Gift Cards and Accessories.
Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. However, our top priority is to provide you with outstanding customer service. We will try our best to accommodate any reasonable requests. Email customer service if you have any questions at : firstname.lastname@example.org
Processing & Shipping Policy
Please allow 5-7 business days for all items to be processed and shipped. International Orders also require 5-7 business days for processing, and will be shipped according to your choice at checkout. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. All orders received after 5:00 PM eastern/standard time will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking numbers will be issued within 24-48 hrs or less after your order has shipped. After receiving your tracking number please allow 24 hours to see tracking updates in the system.
If your order is flagged for review, this may extend the processing time until we receive the requested information we need to verify your billing and shipping information. If your order is flagged we will contact you via email or by text message to submit the requested documentation we need to complete your order.
During the holiday season shipping times may vary by 1-2 business days due to an increase in product demand.
Note: Please place your orders with enough time in advance so that you will receive your hair/products in time for your anticipated plans as payment processing times and shipping delays do occur at times. HookedOnBundles Virgin Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and/or shipping information received by the customer will cause delays in the time frame in which your package is delivered.
Once orders are placed, shipping addresses cannot be changed. If you live in an apartment or on a specific floor, please include that information in your address to avoid shipping delays.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends and holidays. All orders received on a United States Federal Holiday will be processed the following business day.
For International Orders: All International orders must be paid using the PayPal check out option. International orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled.
We use UPS Worldwide Saver and DHL Express Worldwide on all international shipments and charge a varying rate based on the shipping destination on all orders. International orders will be subject to customs fees or duties. These fees are not included in the price of goods you purchase from our website and are not included in the cost associated with shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your package will be subject to holding and potentially being returned to the sender if fees are not paid for its release. Please consult with your local customs agency for more information prior to ordering.
Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery due to unplanned delays such as inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, slow-to-ship country rates or courier delays. Also note, that it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that their shipping address is entered correctly.
All orders placed on a United States federal holiday will be processed the following business day.

Are Signatures Required?
All orders require a signature, therefore we can not ship to P.O. BOXES. We must have a physical address to deliver your package
Is There A Restocking Fee?
Packages that are returned due to an incomplete shipping address, refusal, or missed delivery will incur a $25 restock fee plus the cost of shipping for orders less than $100. For orders over $100, there will be a $50.00 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Lost or stolen shipments are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the carrier once your package leaves our facility. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to start an investigation on your package. We do not have any control on how long this process may take and we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages. We strongly suggest that you choose Route Shipping Protection at check out. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost or stolen. Add Route Protection to your cart today and protect your investment. If you choose to deactivate Route Shipping Insurance, your package will be uninsured, and HookedOnBundles will have no ability to help you retrieve your lost or stolen items outside of the tracking number assigned to your package.
Using a credit card that does not belong to you without the permission of the cardholder to place orders on HookedOnBundles Virgin Hair is fraud and will result in an investigation and possible prosecution. We take fraudulent orders very seriously.
